WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

  • Monitoring order and cleanliness in the buildings and outdoor areas
  • Carrying out inspection rounds
  • Furniture transport
  • Contact person for the employees in case of disturbances/problems
  • Carrying out simple manual tasks (minor repairs)
  • Contact person for external service providers and craftsmen
  • Supervision of showrooms and model apartments
  • Transport of coffee bikes to open days
  • Preparation of event activities (transport and set-up)
  • Contribution to the management of the vehicle fleet

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have an education in a skilled trade or comparable qualifications
  • You have a good technical understanding and manual skills
  • You work in a structured and efficient manner and show a high level of commitment
  • You have a class B driver's license or higher
